Surveys on AttaPoll pay different amounts based on their length and the type of people they’re targeting. Some quick surveys take just a minute and offer fast rewards, while higher-paying ones may ask for more specific information about your job or lifestyle. Before you begin, you’ll always see exactly how much you’ll earn. Once you reach the minimum payout threshold, you can cash out via PayPal or choose from a variety of gift cards.

You can cash out instantly through PayPal, redeem free gift cards, or even donate your earnings to charity. AttaPoll is one of the few survey apps with fast PayPal payouts. Most payments arrive within minutes. Minimum cashout thresholds vary slightly by country, and you’ll see all your payout options clearly in the app.

AttaPoll connects you to paid surveys from companies that want your opinion. From new tech and entertainment to shopping and lifestyle. You’ll help shape products and get paid for your time. It’s a simple way to earn money online through paid surveys, paid games, and paid tasks.

Paid Survey lengths vary. You’ll see an estimate before starting each one. Many are short surveys that take just a few minutes, making it easy to get paid cash or earn gift cards from surveys even with limited time. You’re always in control of which ones you take.

You can be disqualified for many reasons, the most common is that you aren’t a good demographic fit for the survey. The company that creates the survey is often looking for people with specific demographic or location attributes. It is sometimes only possible to establish whether you are the correct demographic fit after a few questions have been asked. Another common reason to be disqualified is that the company has received the required number of responses to the survey, or has received enough responses from people in your demographic / location group. You can also get disqualified for incorrectly answering a control question at the end of the survey.
If the company that created the survey did not confirm to us that the survey was completed, you will not get the reward. Rewards are not given for time spent in a survey, they are only for responses that the survey creator accepts as complete and valid. We monitor the companies that create the surveys and block ones that continue to send surveys that don’t work or treat respondents unfairly. If they confirm the survey was completed later the money will be added to your account automatically.
The number of surveys you get depends on your profile and whether survey creators are looking for people like you. It is possible that on some days there may not be any surveys, but on others there can be many surveys. Please note many companies do not work on the weekend, so not many surveys are created over the weekend. When a survey is available we will send you a notification.
Some surveys can be completed very quickly, so can disappear by the time you open the app. Also, if there is a delay in the notification reaching your device then it is possible that the survey is closed by the time you click to start the survey.
In the app we display the number of stars for each survey. Fewer stars mean you are less likely to complete the survey, more stars mean you have a better chance of completing the survey. We recommend attempting the shorter surveys with most stars first and only then, if you have time and want to take the chance, attempt the other surveys.
Please fill in a support request within the app. Go to Settings – Help – Surveys and select “I want to complain about a specific survey”. Then you’ll be able to select from recent surveys that you can complain about.

If you are a new user and you are not receiving surveys right from the beginning, it means that you did not provide a valid year of birth during the initial profiling survey. Please delete your account from the Settings page in the app and reinstall the app if you would like to try again.

If you have successfully finished surveys previously but do not see any available surveys at the moment, it means that currently there are no surveys we can match with your profiling. Please keep your app notifications on and you will be notified as soon as we have some new surveys for you.

The full terms for what makes a valid referral can be found in our referral program terms and conditions which you can see here referral terms and conditions or from the Invite Friends screen. The most common reason is that your friend did not install the app using your referral link or did not enter your referral code within 7 days after signing up. Another common reason is that they are not in the same country as you or did not pass our quality checks.
You can enter the referral code on the Settings page under “Enter Referral Code”. If you can’t see this option, please make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Note you can only enter a code once, and must enter it within 7 days after joining.
If a referral code has already been applied to your account by installing the app using a friend’s referral link or entering their code you cannot add another code to your account. The code you applied cannot be changed.
Referral bonuses are only paid for users that meet our eligibility criteria. Any referrals that install the app from other countries or don’t pass our checks don’t count. For the full terms of the program, please see the terms and conditions that are linked from the bottom of the Invite Friends screen.

Referral bonuses of 10% of earnings are paid once a day subject to a minimum. If the earnings are below the minimum they are saved and added up until it is enough to add to your balance.
If the payment status of your PayPal payment request on the Balance screen says Failed then it means that PayPal have rejected the transaction and means there is an issue with your account. The most common reasons are:

  1. You have set your PayPal account to reject payments in a currency that is not your standard currency. Please go the “Getting Paid and Managing My Risk” section of your PayPal account and set it to automatically accept payments in other currencies.

  2. You have your PayPal account to reject payments sent to you from the “pay anyone” tab of the Send Money page. Please go the “Getting Paid and Managing My Risk” section of your PayPal account and set it to not block such payments.

  3. Your PayPal account isn’t verified.

  4. If you are in some countries (e.g. India) you need to complete additional KYC procedures so that your account can accept international payments. Please contact PayPal support and ask them to update your account to be able to accept incoming international payments.
Payments are usually processed within a few seconds. However, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours to send a payment.
Your payment was sent to the address you entered. The payment details screen shows the PayPal transaction id for completed payments. Please contact PayPal support if you are having difficulty with your PayPal account or are having difficulty accessing the payment.
You can see our payment options on the Balance screen in the app. Click on the payment option to see the minimum amount required for each payment. We do not have any other payment options available at the moment.
When you make your payment request you can enter a different PayPal address, it doesn’t have to be the same as the account you are signed into AttaPoll with. In some cases we may ask you to confirm the payment address. Also, make sure you enter the payment address carefully, we can’t recover funds sent to an incorrect account.
When the gift card is issued you will be able to see the details of the gift card (the code and instructions to redeem it) by clicking on the Details link on the payment in the Balance screen. This will take you to a webpage with the gift card code (it’s an e-gift card, not a physical one). You can then follow the instructions to spend the gift card with your chosen retailer.
If you’ve tried requesting a particular payment several times and it keeps failing, please consider using an alternative payment option if available.
Please fill in a support request within the app. Go to Settings – Help – Payments and select “I have an issue with the payment”.

There is no way to change your email address. However, if you wanted to change your email address just because you to get your payments to a different address, you can already do this without changing your email address.

When you request a PayPal payment you can enter any address, it doesn’t have to be the same as the one you’re signed in with.

If you want to change your account email address for another reason, you can cash out from your account (if you have the required balance). Then delete your account (from the Settings screen, look for the opt-out link). Then create a new account by logging in with your new email address. Please make sure you have cashed out before deleting your account because once you do, your funds and all our records for you are removed and cannot be recovered.

If you have decided to delete your account, there are several ways of doing that:

1. Remove the application from your device and your account will automatically be deleted after 6 months of inactivity;

2. Delete your account and your data immediately by going to the Settings page of the application and choosing the “Delete Account / Remove Profile Data” option at the bottom of the page.

If you have already deleted the application from your device, but want your data to be deleted immediately, you can use our recovery portal where you will be able to delete your Attapoll account without going through the application. In order to delete your account, you will have to verify your email address or phone number. If upon providing the requested information you did not receive a verification code, it means that your account & data had already been deleted. Please note that users who registered with Apple ID & refused to share their email address during registration will not be able to execute their account deletion via “Recovery portal”.

In this scenario please refer to the second step above where you can find the instructions for manual account deletion.

Attapoll strives to provide best service possible to both our panelists and partners. By extension, panelists are required to provide personal information about their liife that allows us connect them to the best surveys possible.

In instances when the panelists haven’t participated in a survey or haven’t updated their profile information via profiling surveys for 6 months, their account gets deleted. If you wish to proceed with using Attapoll service again, please register again.

We may ask you to provide your phone number to verify your account. Account verification acts as an additional measure taken to protect your account and its validity. Failing to verify your account will prevent you from receiving further surveys. You are only allowed to use a phone number that belongs to you personally.

Changing the phone number that you have verified your account with will not be possible after the verification is done.

If you no longer have access to the phone number that you used to verify your account – that is not a problem and you do not need to take any additional actions.

If you received an error while trying to verify your phone number, it means that the number can’t be used in your Attapoll account. Exact reason for it is provided in the error description.

If you receive an error informing you that you can’t verify your account with this number – it is not a mistake and the number will not be made available.

There isn’t a way to change your email address. However, if you wanted to change your address just because you want payments sent to a different address you can already do this without changing your email address. When you request a PayPal payment you can enter any address, it doesn’t have to be the same as the one you’re signed in with. If you want to change your address for another reason, you can cash out from your account (if you have the required balance). Then delete your account (from the Settings screen, look for the opt-out link). Then create a new account by logging in with your new email address. You can edit most aspects of your profile information by clicking Settings > Your Profile. You cannot modify your core demographics (e.g. your age) once your account has been created.

Providing your location is optional, and can be turned off by changing the permissions you grant to our app on your device. Some surveys are targeted at specific locations. Only users who have granted the app location permission and are in the target area will be sent these location specific surveys. For more details please read our privacy policy.

Currently the surveys are presented in the only language we support in your country. We determine your country based on internet connection you are using. In the future we might add additional languages in your country.
We can only pay in the currency which appears in the Balance screen.

To close your account you have two options:

    1. Simply remove the app from your device and your account will automatically be closed after 6 months of inactivity.

    2. To delete your account immediately, please go to the Settings page of the app and choose the Delete Account / Remove Profile Data option at the bottom of the page, or use your web browser to complete this action via the Account Portal at https://attapoll.app/account-portal
